  3. Complete your profile information
  4. Verify your email address

You can also sign up using your Google or Facebook account.

Booking & Services

Booking a craftworker is easy:

  1. Search for the service you need
  2. Select your location
  3. Browse available craftworkers and their profiles
  4. Choose your preferred craftworker and available time slot
  5. Confirm your booking and make payment

Payments & Pricing

You'll always see the price estimate before confirming your booking.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and craftworkers:

  • Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled service
  • Late cancellation: 50% charge if cancelled less than 24 hours before
  • No-show: Full charge if craftworker arrives and you're not available

Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Support & Safety

If you have any issues with a service:

  1. Contact the craftworker first to try to resolve the issue
  2. If unresolved, contact Jolicity support within 48 hours of service completion
  3. Provide details of the issue and any supporting photos/videos
  4. Our support team will investigate and mediate a resolution
